Landscape Crew Foreman

Job Summary: Full-time, year-round employment at $20.00-30.00 per hour. DOE. Snow removal pay differential. 2-3 years of landscaping experience is preferred. Perform/oversee all landscaping operations with a crew of 2-3 workers.

Major Accountabilities:

·         Hardscapes installation

·         Grade work with skid steer

·         Excavation and use of transit

·         Ability to lead/teach laborers and the ability to speak with homeowners

·         Ability to read blueprints and use correct base material and reinforcement where needed

·         Follow all health and safety regulations including wearing appropriate protective equipment and following Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for safe handling of dangerous materials

·         Clean working areas and maintain tools and equipment

·         Must have CDL or ability to get one

·         Ability to mobilize/haul equipment on trailers

·         Snow removal tasks i.e. plowing, hauling, ice control, shoveling, etc.

Additional Accountabilities:

·         Maintenance on all equipment, attachments, and implements in the winter months

·         Work on, clean, organize all job trailers in the winter months

·         Keep the shop clean and organized

·         Return materials/pallets to suppliers

·         Misc. snow removal duties

·         Clean and inspect all snow removal equipment after each storm

·         Other duties as assigned
